Several factors have to be considered before receiving a deed or title such as the following:
    1. You have to show proof of insurance and you also need duplicates to be able to prove that you have actually bought the house. The people who are selling you the land or house also need to have this as proof of purchase.
    2. This proof includes receipts, invoices, as well as a purchase agreement. It also includes proof of satisfaction that the person buying the house or land is able to meet the requirements needed for the purchase of the property.
    3. Finally, make sure that you have a verified title or deed in your hands before closing the transaction.

terrariumsCase that is, terrariums are nice additions to a flat for they come in many shapes and sizes and require almost no maintenance making it ideal for the busy flat owner. They come in a variety of types showcasing local or foreign landscapes in terms of plants and their natural beauty. Not much maintenance doesn’t actually mean no maintenance, for you may have to add some water from time to time, but being closed to the outside world encased in glass, they are good at recycling their own nutrients and water. overfurnishedTired of your old look, flat and faded? Well, it may be time then to give your flat a retro-fit to upgrade the looks and make it suit your taste. You may have to settle with licensed contractors though for being smack right in the city, strict regulations have to be followed and boy are those inspectors tough (they can also hurt your pockets real bad, along with the contractor). The look of a flat mostly takes on a Victorian aura so to give it a modern look, try getting some window tint on those wide open glass panesto save on cooling and heating. Beds are pretty expensive, but we suggest getting getting the best you can afford with your budget. The mattress is the most important, followed by the bed frame. Remember, the bed is where you sleep every night so you should invest in it. The best mattresses are those with pocket springs, which each spring moving individually – when one side moves, the other doesn’t. These, however, are the most expensive of the lot. Regarding linens, you can find good ones in department stores if you look hard enough. Make sure that you find the fabric comfortable. Don’t be afraid to indulge yourself with small comforts like carpeting – at least on the sides of the bed – as your bedroom is your personal space and your retreat from all the stress and work from your day.

yardsalesFeel your flat is getting smaller? Well, then it maybe time for some spring cleaning whatever the month may be. Having too much stuff and not being able to decide which to dispose of is the most annoying trait we people have and we complain about the huge amount of trash we have lying around. How about the several pieces of lawn chairs you have that have accumulated through the years due to the first one being hidden too good you couldn’t find it when you needed it. Or how about the single pairs of slippers Fido keeps on taking to limbo, never to return again, with you hoping they materialize out of thin air one day, fresh for use again.
The old table you keep on ranting about yet has been part of your decor for a few years now. Get up and decide which has to go so you get down to cleaning your old stuff and freeing space at the same time. No job, talk to your neighbors and sell all your unused stuff at the weekend market that can land you some money for new stuff!?!!

The bow window in the living room reflects the Edwardian style of the flat. A simple sofa and love seat create a cozy conversation group. Most of the house wears flirtatious shades of green, butter yellow and pale aqua.

    Homemade Style
When the homeowner couldn’t find the perfect coffee table, he designed this one, which has a plywood top set on a steel truss with casters.

    Makeshift Side Table
A pair of wrought-iron end tables, set side by side, makes a spacious end table next to the love seat in the living room. The grouping of vases and pots, which William collected over a number of years, are united by their pleasing range of neutral tones.

    Computer Concealed
The home office includes two computer stations that can be concealed behind the doors. A tinted green panel slides to reveal the work station and hide the bedroom. A series of storage spaces, cabinets, and movable doors allow the office disappear after hours.

    Staggered Solution
Staggered filing cabinets are a great solution for an angled window.

Similar to other investments, the only thing that matters at the end of the home ownership process is a little piece of paper. This paper is called Title or Deeds. It is given to you when you bought the property in cash or you have already settled all the outstanding debts in owning the house. The Title or Deeds means that you now own the house and you maintain legal rights concerning the property. It is essential that this documentation has to match the records in the local authority where you reside. Deeds are also used in attaining the title of the property.
